Our Services

One Hour Session - Individual
This is a regular client session for one person where we will be able to go through your workout plan as well as discuss any modifications that need to be made. All waivers and consent forms must be signed prior to this session.
One Hour Session - Two Person
This is a regular client session for two people where we will be able to go through your workout plans as well as discuss any modifications that need to be made. It is recommended that both people be at a similar physical fitness level to schedule this session. All waivers and consent forms must be signed prior to this session.
One Hour Session - Group
This is a regular client session for three+ people where we will be able to go through your workout plans as well as discuss any modifications that need to be made. It is recommended that all people be at a similar physical fitness level to schedule this session. All waivers and consent forms must be signed prior to this session.
Two Hour Session - Individual
This is an extended client session for one person where we will be able to go through your workout plan as well as discuss any modifications that need to be made. All waivers and consent forms must be signed prior to this session.
Two Hour Session - Two Person
This is an extended client session for two people where we will be able to go through your workout plans as well as discuss any modifications that need to be made. It is recommended that both people be at a similar physical fitness level to schedule this session. All waivers and consent forms must be signed prior to this session.
Two Hour Session - Group
This is an extended client session for three+ people where we will be able to go through your workout plans as well as discuss any modifications that need to be made. It is recommended that all people be at a similar physical fitness level to schedule this session. All waivers and consent forms must be signed prior to this session.
Half Hour Session - Individual
This is a shortened client session for one person where we will be able to go through your workout plan as well as discuss any modifications that need to be made. All waivers and consent forms must be signed prior to this session.
Half Hour Session - Two Person
This is a shortened client session for two people where we will be able to go through your workout plans as well as discuss any modifications that need to be made. It is recommended that both people be at a similar physical fitness level to schedule this session. All waivers and consent forms must be signed prior to this session.
Half Hour Session - Group
This is a shortened client session for three+ people where we will be able to go through your workout plans as well as discuss any modifications that need to be made. It is recommended that all people be at a similar physical fitness level to schedule this session. All waivers and consent forms must be signed prior to this session.
Goals and Progress Session
This session is for clients to use on a regular basis in order to review progress made and reasses goals. It can be scheduled back to back to a regular client session for convenience.
Initial Assessments & Goals Session - Individual
This session is for first time clients and will consist of functional and physiological assessments, goal setting, waivers and forms. Please do not schedule a regular session back to back with this as I will need time to develop a workout plan for you in order for the session to be most effective. All waivers and consent forms must be signed before any functional assessments or regular sessions can begin.
