New Patient Appointment

New Patient Appointments are 75 minutes long and include a complete review of your records prior to the appointment to allow for the most productive use of your appointment time. Your full health history will be reviewed, necessary physical exam and labs will be performed, and together, a plan will be made.

Follow Up Appointment

Follow-up appointments range in length from 30 to 60 minutes with 30 minutes being the most common. In these visits we will assess your progress, order follow-up labs if needed, address further concerns, and optimize your treatment plan.

Well Child Visit

We are pleased to offer both problem-focused and well child pediatric visits. Our well child pediatric visits are offered at after birth, then 1, 2, 4, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 24 and 30 months, then yearly there after, as recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics. Acute pediatric visits are available for children whose symptoms have been present for less than 72 hours. If your child has a long-standing health concern, an initial appointment should be made.

Acute appointments are available for patients who have been experiencing symptoms for less than 72 hours. These appointments are 15-20 minutes.

Escharotic Treatments

Patients with questions about escharotic treatments or who have not received an escharotic treatment with Dr. Winter are encouraged to make a complementary phone consultation prior to scheduling online.

Vaccine Consultation

There is a significant amount of conflicting information available on the risks and benefits of vaccines. In our 45-minute vaccine consultations, we provide parents with accurate information about vaccines, answer any questions you may have, and discuss a personalized vaccine schedule for your child. A personalized schedule will be created and sent to you within 1 week of your initial consultation. A 15-minute follow-up will then be offered to answer any additional questions you may have. Vaccine consultations are offered in person in our office or via Skype.
