BodyMindSpirit Session
I am a Trauma Informed BodyMindSpirit Therapist. I work with the modalities of CranioSacral Therapy, Esalen Massage Therapy, Mindfulness, Breathwork, Eco-Somatic Practices, Medical Qi Gong practices, Shadow Work, Dream Tending, Womb Wisdom Coaching, and Transformational Life Coaching skills. Each session is uniquely co-created with you in safe, sacred space to allow you to recenter, observe, transform and embody your truth. Womb Wisdom Initiation
9 month Initiation into your Body, Soul, Mind Sovereignty. Learn to commune with your womb, the creative, life giving Source inside of you. Learn to contact and live from your I AM true self in an embodied way while gently unraveling the hold of small self protective patterns keeping you from your embodied, empowered soulful expression in the world. 9 Month True Self Initiation
This Service is exclusively for my Life Coaching Clients who have made previous arrangement with me. I coach all genders, sexuality, race, age from 21 to 100. If you feel led to work with me in this capacity, please call or text me at 559-372-9021 to set up a discovery call. This is necessary to ensure that what I am offering is what you are looking for. This package is a 9 month commitment of weekly 75 minute meetings either in person or on zoom. Each session can be paid at the session ($250 a session) or at a monthly rate of $1000 a month for 9 months. Payment plans for up to 18 months are available. This is an investment in YOU. My strength in Life Coaching is in helping you contact your truest Self, your Wholeness buried underneath the perceived brokenness, pain, trauma, suffering. My Life Coaching container is a 9 month commitment to waking up to your truest Self in order to live your real life, embodied and radiant. It is an apprenticeship to Reality in which I am a guide helping you identify and live from your deepest truth.

Love Living In Your Body: 3 Month Coaching Package
Are you ready to love living your life in your body? In this 3 month coaching package, we will work together to reconnect you to safety within yourself, simple embodiment practices, a greater sense of empowerment and self love. Contact me for more information. Online or in person sessions.
