You supply the cake. A 6-8 inch cake with buttercream frosting is perfect! We will take some photos in the birthday outfit with the fake cakes and balloons. Then we change into a diaper cover for the boys and for the girls I have plenty of tutus and necklaces to borrow. It is hard to predict how your little one will react. Some love it and some think it's totally gross. Usually there are tears at the end. It's best to have two adults present especially if your one-year-old is a mover! These in-studio newborn sessions are $100 for up to one hour of shooting and 15 minutes for feeding and changing. Poses are very simple. If baby is awake we do one back pose only with baby wearing a diaper cover and/or is swaddled. We can try an over the shoulder shot as well. Only if baby drifts off to sleep can we try a couple of side or tummy poses. I don't advise dressing baby in clothing. Your newborn session is much more likely to be a success if we are gently swaddling and covering baby with fabric as multiple outfit changes can upset baby. I have fabrics but feel free to bring items from home such as swaddle blankets or other sentimental items. I have a changing table and you are more than welcome to breast feed. Don't worry if baby has some skin imperfections, hand editing is included. You may bring siblings but understand baby will do much better if the environment is calm and quiet. These sessions $40 and are up to 40 minutes long to allow for calm down time and sniffs to be sniffed. Bring your furry family members to the studio for a session just for them (Peeps allowed too). Head shots for websites, business cards and other marketing. Two outfit changes. A 20 minute session and six photos for $450. If your sessions is on a weekday your files are emailed THE NEXT DAY. Pink Lady Jacket - 4-6 Black Leather Jacket - 2T, 3T-4T, 6-8. Scarves, Glasses various sizes. Things to bring with you: White blouse or t-shirt and white tights for girls.
