Craniosacral Therapy (CST) (60 Minutes)
CST is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction. Using a soft touch which is generally no greater than 5 grams, restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system can be released. CST is increasingly used as a preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and for it's effectiveness on a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction. Research (and personal experience) has shown that CST has had significant positive impact on those suffering from PTSD, autism, ADHD, stress, physical &/or mental trauma, and more.

Cupping (30 Minutes)
Think of Cupping as an inversion of massage, where tissue is pulled upward to create "space" for circulation, and the created suction pulls toxins out of deeper tissues. Cups are usually left in place for a period of time and are also used to glide over the skin, gently pulling tissue upward along the way. The result is increased blood & lymphatic circulation; relaxed fascia (connective tissue) & muscle tissue; and the withdrawing of pain-causing stagnation & toxins out of the deeper tissues. For these reasons, Cupping is generally recommended for the treatment of pain, stiffness, gastrointestinal disorders, and lung diseases, among other ailments. Cupping will likely leave temporary marks that have the APPEARANCE of bruising. These marks are indications that stagnant blood (containing toxins, lymph waste, etc.) have moved from the deeper tissue layers to the surface. The color and pattern of the marks depend on the level of stagnation in the area, and will eventually disappear.

Four-hands Massage (30 Minutes)
This treatment is said to be an Ayervedic tradition. Two therapists provide relaxing massage to one person, mirroring each others' movements. For example, both your arms are massaged at the same time, or one therapist works on the right side of your back while the other works on the left. As you might imagine, this treatment can be twice the benefit in half the time. You must try it! (**To ensure that 2 therapists are available, it is necessary to call our office after you book this appointment online.**)
Hands & Feet
Hot towel wraps, aromatherapy, and TLC for your hands and feet. Need we say more?
Hot Stone Therapy (60 Minutes)
The heat from the stones helps your muscles relax, allowing the massage therapist to manipulate your deep tissues more effectively. Overly tense muscles can hinder the massage procedure, so if your muscles are extremely tight or stiff, the heated stones may provide the extra relaxation you need for the massage to be beneficial in releasing tension and easing sore muscles. Always check with your doctor before getting a hot stone massage; individuals with certain conditions--including pregnant women and people with high blood pressure--are advised to avoid this type of therapy.

Sports (30 Minutes)
Sports massage focuses on muscles relevant to the event. For athletes who train continuously, the goal is to enhance endurance, lessen the chance of injury and shorten the time needed to recover from an event. Prior to an athletic event, Sports Massage may be used with stretching in order to help athletes to loosen, warm and prepare their muscles so that their performance and endurance might be enhanced. Following an athletic event, Sports Massage may be used to relieve pain, prevent stiffness, and return the muscles back to their normal state. Sports Massage may utilize a variety of techniques such as classical Swedish Massage, trigger point therapy, and hydrotherapy.

Swedish/Relaxation (30 Minutes)
Swedish is perfect if your main goal is to relax. This modality is usually lighter in touch than other forms of massage techniques and includes long flowing strokes, kneading, and/or friction techniques on more superficial layers of the muscles. It can loosen stiff joints, reduce muscle tension, and help clear nasal or chest congestion.
