Aromatouch Session
An AromaTouch Treatment Session is a gentle technique that has been designed to relax and cleanse your system through the application of 8 doTerra therapeutic grade Essential Oils. (Oils used are: Balance, Lavender, Melaleuca, On Guard, AromaTouch, Deep Blue, Wild Orange and Peppermint). These are applied to the neck, back and feet, through a gentle series of massage strokes that follow meridian pathways. This essential oil application technique was developed by Dr. David Hill, an expert in the science and use of essential oils. You are invited to experience this calming and restorative treatment as a way to reduce stress, enhance your immune system, reduce inflammatory response and rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit; bringing a sense of re-balancing. 45 Minute Private Session
One-on-one private sessions allow you to explore and adapt yoga to your unique body, mind and energy. We can also schedule "create your own class" where your experience is personalized for your own group of friends, family or collegues. Working together, we create a plan that is customized to help you get the most out of your practice. You will learn pranayama (breath work) and meditation practices that will help you to experience some of the more subtle and powerful benefits of yoga. Whether this is your first class, your recovering from an injury, you are an experienced practitioner who wants to refine your skills or explore deeper energy work and intuition, or need guidance in order to master some of the more complex poses; private yoga sessions have the potential to ignite your experience of energy and life! You are a collaborator on all sessions and contribute to your personal experience and expansion of mind, body and energy!

This is fully customizable - you may consider this and beyond, based on your experience and expectations that we determine and discuss in advance:We will explore how to: Sit Comfortable Make Peace with Our Minds (we often refer to our ‘monkey mind’ because it is sooo normal for all of our minds to jump around toward distraction!) Learn a variety of meditation techniques (there is not one right way, there are many we will practice and see what ‘fits’ for you! Set up a regular meditation practice for you and find the support of a group and teacher in establishing that. Home practice handouts and ideas to expand our group experience into your daily life. Support through roadblocks and barriers. When we know what we are up against we can soften and accept the experience as “normal” reducing frustrations that beginners often face.
Private Reiki Session
Reiki is a non-invasive healing modality based on the principle that the practitioner can be a channel of universal energy to the recipient by means of laying of hands on or over the recipient. This works to regain a sense of wellbeing, encourage deep relaxation and promote healing by both balancing energy and releasing blocked or stagnant energy in the body. Reiki is considered a “holistic” practice as it treats the whole person - body, mind and spirit. Reiki may be used in combination with other healing modalities and traditional medical treatments as a healing technique that supports the natural healing processes of the client's body and restore physical and emotional well-being. Reiki may assist in pain management, to promoting healing, releasing toxins, enhancing intuition, and balance emotions. This works by restoring energetic balance which may create optimal conditions needed to restore a sense of wellness and promote healing and overall feelings of well-being of body, mind and spirt.

Private Family with Young Children Classes: Private classes for families are personalized to address the needs, goals and interests of your child. We can host the session, or may come to you and bring the healing benefits of yoga into your home. Nadine, is an experienced early childhood educator and children's yoga teacher, with experience working with various types of physical, emotional and learning related challenges. Prior to your first session and throughout follow up sessions, parents are encouraged to reach out with specific concerns and questions so that a customized approach to family and child wellness is experienced. Yoga helps parents and children of all ages bond, feel good inside, stay healthy and improve focus and concentration! $50 - First Session / Consultation (includes take-home recommendations) $35 - per session thereafter.
Create Your Own Class
Yes! You can do a private by yourself, as a couple, with a small group of friends, family or coworkers. We can tailor your sessions to meet the needs of more than one. Starts at $75.... Your group, Your time, My location! All supplies included. You just show up and split the cost between the number in attendance. There will be an upcharge for groups larger than 7 or any specialized custom experiences or services added on.
