Thai Yoga Massage 60 minutes
This ancient healing modality uses passive stretching and gentle pressure or deep pressure along the body energy's lines to increase flexibility and relieve muscle and joint tension thereby balancing the body'energy systems. Massage will occur on a thick padded mat and be fully clothed so wear comfortable clothing.

Yoga Nidra- Private Session
Yoga Nidra is a step-by-step guided meditation that leads you deeply into your own being. You are asked only to become aware of body, breath, thoughts and feelings without needing to change or fix anything. There is nothing to do but ‘notice’ which is true meditation. Healing music and nature imagery are typically included in the journey. Please wear comfortable clothing, you will be relaxing on a mat on the floor with pillows, warm blankets and the option to start the session with mini massage adjustment or gentle yoga.

It stimulates your parasympathetic nervous system, so it helps with digestion,healing from injury, and undoing the physical and emotional effects of chronic stress. This relaxing practice can include adjustments, massage, breath-work, guided meditation, props, warm or cool towels based on client requests or needs.
