Our Services

Initial Evaluation
During a thorough initial evaluation, we discuss your concerns and goals. This includes a detailed examination including strength, range of motion, neurologic and orthopedic special testing, and a detailed biomechanical assessment. A plan of care will be created with patient input, taking the patient’s goals, lifestyle, and hobbies into account. An initial evaluation must be completed prior to treatment. They typically last between 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Treatment
Following an initial evaluation, treatment is a hands-on approach with advanced and specialized manual therapy techniques, functional movement assessment/biomechanics, sport specific training, corrective therapeutic exercises, postural re-education, neuromuscular re-education, proprioceptive training, neural mobility and gliding techniques, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, trigger point release, stretching, and joint mobilization. Treatment is tailored the individual, their diagnoses, ability, and goals.
Re-Evaluation
If it has been greater than 2 months since you have been seen for the same concern or goal, we ask that you schedule a re-evaluation. During re-evaluation we discuss progress, concerns, and goals. We re-test strength, range of motion, neurologic and orthopedic special testing, and biomechanical assessment with comparison to previous progress and findings. An updated plan of care will be created with patient input, taking the patient's goals, lifestyle, and hobbies into account. Re-evaluation typically last between 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Programs are limited to 10 participants per 10 week time-period. Varying programs are offered at different times of the year. The programs include one initial evaluation for the specific program, followed by 9 progressive visits. All payments for the 10 week sports program are final, regardless of how many visits you choose to attend, and expected prior to beginning said program. As space is limited, if you do not get in for the 10 week period, you will be placed on a waitlist for the following program offering.
Yearly Wellness Exam
A yearly wellness exam is recommended for Pediatrics and Adults. Performed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, this check up is important to monitor growth and development, and prevent injuries before they happen. We will discuss your concerns and goals, and perform a detailed examination including strength, range of motion, neurologic and orthopedic special testing, and an advanced biomechanical assessment. This checkup typically lasts between 1 to 1 1/2 hours. *Note: It is strongly recommended that adults who have had surgical procedures due to orthopedic and sports injuries schedule exams every 6 months initially and then every 12 months to monitor progress and prevent compensatory movement patterns. Duration is 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
