Be sure to be very careful in sticking to the timing guidelines due to patients waiting to see Dr. Santa Ana following you.

. You will receive a confirmation of your appointment. You will also receive an online Systems Survey to fill out online (instructions included) and return asap. If this is not completed at least two business days ahead of time, you may have to be rescheduled., you will lose your appointment time. Actual appt. time is 1.5 hours up to 2 hours. You will be able to book online by having it appear as an hour appointment. YOu will also be sent an online questionnaire to fill out ahead of your appointment. Although this is extensive, it will save time during the consult and allow more time for scanning!
