If you have completed or started New Partners classes, we consider you a Partner for these services and service discount. If this is your first visit to Summit, please select this service. Restoring the Foundations
This service is only available for scheduling upon completing the Restoring the Foundations Intake Request at http://www.themountleads.org/summit/rtf/. An appointment will be scheduled on your behalf by an RTF minister or administrator once you have submitted your completed intake and paid the $30 fee. Thank you.

Cynthia Wills
Cynthia Wills has served as a Lay Counselor at Summit Wellness Center for over five years and has her MA in Urban Education with an emphasis in Agency Counseling and her MBA with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. Currently, she is a Human Services Supervisor with the Virginia Beach Department of Human Services. Her counseling interests include adolescent and adult females, career counseling, and assisting and supporting individuals making challenging life choices. Lay Counselor Wills has over 20 years of counseling experience in a variety of professional and faith-based settings.

Dr. Otey-Scott
Dr. Stacie Otey-Scott (Dr. SOS) is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in the state of Virginia. She has worked in private practice, residential, medical, hospital, and faith based settings. Her specialties include the areas of health and wellness, general mental health issues, women's issues, couples issues, anger management and relationships.

Jason Scott
Jason Scott has served as Lay Counselor at Summit Wellness Center since 2010. He has received Lay Counselor training through the American Association of Christian Counselors and supervision at Summit Wellness Center at The Mount. He primarily works with adolescent (ages 15+) and adult males dealing with issues related to depression and relationship challenges. He also works closely with Dr. Otey-Scott, his wife of 20+ years, counseling couples.

Susan Burnham
Susan Burnham, MA is a Lay Counselor at Summit Wellness Center and has her Master's Degree in Community Counseling from Norfolk State University. She is currently under the supervision of Dr. Otey-Scott working on her clinical hours for licensure . Her interests are women's issues, intimate partner violence, anger management, and spiritual formation.

Tanya Hardy-Menard
Tanya Hardy-Menard is Lay Counselor at Summit Wellness Center and is a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She has served in many roles in academic and medical settings as a mental health practitioner and clinician. Her interests include women's health, interpersonal relationships, spirituality, and family dynamics.
