Longer sessions are suggested for anyone who needs more guidance or people who have burning questions (I love an inquisitive mind). This is not fortune-telling, or a replacement for a Licensed medical health provider, but rather a method of getting guidance from a different viewpoint. Energy Work: Space Holding Sessions

These sessions were formally called “coaching” sessions, but I never really resonated with that name. Coaching has a tone of me doing all the teaching or knowing, but really we are all students AND teachers. My intention with Space Holding Sessions is to remind you of your own power and inner wisdom. I decided to change the name to “space holding sessions” because what people really need sometimes in order to open up to new thought patterns, is for someone to listen or hold space for safety first. In these sessions, I provide a safe space to listen to what you have going on or what blocks you feel you may have, and I provide feedback or guidance based on intuition or energetic reading of your field. If stress or trauma arises during conversation, I will also teach you methods of focusing back into peace using guided meditations or other modalities. I also like for each client to feel empowered to continue the work after they leave here, so that they can begin their own journey of knowing how to work with energy and self healing. Sometimes these sessions contain mixed modalities depending on what is needed for the day. We will customize your session to fit your current need with a mix of: energy healing/Reiki, sound healing, guided meditation, channeled guidance, conversation, or book suggestions.

Energy Work: Initial/In-depth session

Initial sessions tend to take longer and there is more discussion time. Also for anyone who has more than just a few questions or people who need extended or deeper detoxification. All sessions include sound healing, guided meditation, crystal therapy, and consultation time to discuss findings. Energy Healing Session breakdown: You remain fully clothed for the session. Remove jewelry (wedding rings ok), stones, and electronics from your body and clothing.  Please leave cell phones in your vehicle. The session is performed on a massage table, in most cases with you lying on your back. If you have issues lying down for long periods of time, please let me know. Light touch only is involved. At times it will be close proximity contact. This is NOT a massage. Pillows, sheets, and blankets are provided and clean upon your arrival. Consultation after your session. Sometimes the consults can be detailed, so you might want to bring pen/paper or a recording device. Expect nothing, but be open to receiving with a grateful heart. Please do not wear makeup or make intense plans after your session- plan for a light day
