MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING
1-on-1 Professional Therapy with a holistic approach to total wellness. Whether you are looking for inner healing, direction & purpose, or stress management for anxiety and/or depression, the mind-body connection can be a powerful tool.
COUPLE'S COUNSELING
This is a chance for you & your partner to enter a safe and non-judgmental space to work through any issues you may be facing. With a compassionate heart and trained ear, Rick will help you pinpoint areas that need attention and care.
EXERCISE THERAPY
Rick Cummings, LPC is also a Certified Personal Trainer with a private training studio and offers unique options for counseling clients. ​ With a mindfulness-based and experiential approach, sessions may contain any of the following exercises: Functional fitness, Weight lifting, Power lifting, Basic yoga/stretching, Walking, Hiking, Biking, Swimming, Running and/or Sports-specific training. ​ If sit down talk-therapy is difficult to approach, Exercised-based Therapy may be a great fit for you or a family member.
CONSULTATION/ COACHING
This is a chance to step back from your busy life and see what areas need growth and development. Break through the obstacles in your path and become the person you've been waiting to be. May include: Organization, planning, time budgeting, prioritizing.

Our Staff

Rick Cummings, LPC
Rick is passionate about holistic health; mind, body & spirit. He loves seeking optimal health in his own life and helping others do the same. Rick holds a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) here in Oregon. Rick is also an ACE-certified Personal Trainer (American Council on Exercise) and likes to incorporate mind-body connective work, physical activity and breathing work when it is fitting for clients. As a competitive athlete and life long student of the human soul/spirit, Rick believes that within the mind (and all it's faculties) lies boundless potential and the power for positive change. Many of us have a fragmented view of ourselves and experience barriers (many internal, and some external) that prevent us from using all our gifts and reaching for our potential. ​
