Unum Heart Meditation Station is a converted school bus that brings both a meditation space & teacher to you. At UHMS we teach 11 and 22 minute, tangible meditation and breathing techniques that help release deep stress from the mind and body. It doesn't matter if you have never practiced meditation before, or if you have the perfect yoga pants to wear or if you don't know what yoga and meditation even is, come in and sit. Unum Heart Meditation Station offers privates and group sessions. We are also in local schools schools, colleges and corporate offices in your neighborhood! I am so excited to sharing my “Tool Box” method in school and in colleges in the local Long Island and NY area. I wish I had these tools when I was in school. It our greatest passion at Unum Heart Meditation Station to sharing life long, tangiable and effective tools that will help you create the best version of your self.

Located in NYC and in Queens, NY These sessions are offered to the public! 11 cushion open to you every half hour on the hour. We do have time to re-group and distress! 22 minutes on your lunch break and you still have time to eat! In these session you will be taught life long tools to help keep the mind body experience at an ultimate calm. Creating an internal space of calm allows you to keep the mind focus on creating the life you desire.
Kundalini Breath Work in the Unum Heart Meditation Station Workshop
The breath is therefore considered to be vital to health and to the pursuit of finding inner peace. While the negative mind provides us with necessary boundaries and protection, it can also limit us. An over-active negative mind may cause us to view challenges as insurmountable and prevent us from tapping into our creative potential. This workshop offers many tools to teach us how to transform negative energy to a higher frequency and to balance the negative mind.

We teach you how to utilization, collect and analysis the state of being one is experiencing, with out reacting. Once we establish that we then give you specific tools through movement, rituals, meditations and breath work.
