Free Fitness Assesment
Recommended for first meetup between client and trainer. Part 1 we go over bodyweight, body fat, anthropometric measurements, and we tell you how many calories you'll need in order to see success. In part 2 the assessment is specific to whatever your exercise goals might be. It can be to either shed fat and build lean muscle or to put on more mass. We do a baseline workout to assess where you are at in your fitness journey.
